- Proficiency in AWS cloud services, such as EKS and Serverless, as well as structured and unstructured databases, such as Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB and S3.
- Mastery and technical experience in contact center technologies/platforms such as (Genesys, NICE, amazon connect...)

Compétences et habiletés essentielles:
• Comme requis, pour répondre aux besoins des clients, le candidat retenu devra passer avec succès, la vérification des antécédents effectuée par Bell, par la Police Provinciale de l'Ontario (OPP) ainsi que celle de la Sureté du Québec.
• Avoir au moins trois ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle
• Le bilinguisme français / anglais est obligatoire
• Avoir le souci du détail
• Capable de prioriser et d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à haut niveau
• Capable de résoudre les problèmes de manière analytique
• Capacité d'adaptation au changement, dans un environnement concurrentiel où les priorités changent fréquemment
• Auto-motivé, autonome et responsable
• Compétences avancées dans Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Connaissance des notions de base de comptabilité est un atout

Skills & Experience You're Bringing
- E2E project management support throughout SDLC, working with Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, ML Eng/Ops, business teams
- Performing analysis on benefits and KPIs, to gauge project/program opportunities and performance
- Building concise AI product roadmap, with clear execution plan
- Preparing business requirements documents, other product artifacts
- Communicating and prioritizing with partner teams on ideation, task status, value add, feedback and providing technical updates to a non-technical audience
- Experience leading agile meetings such as backlog refinements, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews
