Skills & Experience You're Bringing
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree in Information Technology.
- Experience as a contact center solution architect, focusing on large-scale, complex solutions.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud services, such as EKS and Serverless, as well as structured and unstructured databases, such as Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB and S3.
- Mastery and technical experience in contact center technologies/platforms such as (Genesys, NICE, amazon connect...)
- Mastery of the concepts, technologies and solutions of a modern ecosystem, including composable architecture, microservices, APIs, event architecture, security and cloud services.
- Mastery and technical experience of API security standards such as (Oauth 2, OIDC)

- Monitoring capital projects being established, and the costs being recorded
- Prepare monthly Fixed Asset and Debt continuity schedule, M form and annual Y form
- Managing and reporting on the balances attributed to Assets Under Construction (AUC)
- Analyse month end depreciation expense and variances
- Analyse monthly transfers and their impact on depreciation
- Analyse month end gain/loss
- Update, review or ensure compliance with accounting policies

- Create, manage and report IFRS16 leases in SAP REFX
- Regularly monitor interface activities from lease source systems to SAP
- Work with lease originators to complete inputs into REFX to facilitate lease contract creation and updates

What You'll Be Doing

Skills & Experience You're Bringing
- E2E project management support throughout SDLC, working with Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, ML Eng/Ops, business teams
- Performing analysis on benefits and KPIs, to gauge project/program opportunities and performance
- Building concise AI product roadmap, with clear execution plan
- Preparing business requirements documents, other product artifacts
- Communicating and prioritizing with partner teams on ideation, task status, value add, feedback and providing technical updates to a non-technical audience
- Experience leading agile meetings such as backlog refinements, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews
