TAL Group provided me the opportunity to apply myself and my determination to learn, develop and move up the ranks. I started here years back as an Technology Recruiter, but my passion for resource solutions began the transition to my current role as Director of Recruitment.
I’m a transformational coach that believes in the HR movement and is driven by employee empowerment and engagement. I understand that happy and satisfied employees directly relates with satisfied customers. I have a thirst for learning and keeping up to date with trends in the HR and recruitment world. I’m currently studying to achieve the CHRL certification and I’m a recent graduate of the Dale Carnegie course. I love incorporating my learning into our organization culture.
Outside of work I love soccer, hockey, cooking and most of all, time with my family.

I am an Executive with a Passion for People. During my 25 years of professional experience and full-cycle recruitment practice, I have worked alongside some of most successful and talented Information Technology professionals in Canada My extensive search experience has allowed me to meet thousands of candidates and work with numerous clients and many verticals across Canada. My specialities include talent acquisition, team building and creative problem solving. My proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences has enabled me to develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
At TAL Group, I wear many hats throughout the day, which can vary from Marketing Guru to Event Planner to Brand Strategist. I take pride in being a woman in leadership within my organization, and actively mentor and empower women on our team that are eager to grow, progress & achieve their goals. In 2017 I kickstarted our partnership with Canada’s Learning Code and launched our in-house Employee Reward Program, which embraces a variety of lifestyle choices and allows our team members to recognize one another’s effort, work & accomplishments.
Prior to joining TAL Group, I was part of the Marketing Team for the Walt Disney Company in Canada. TAL Group is looking to add motivated, social-media savvy Technology Recruiters to its growing team! We are looking for Sales Rockstars with the ambition to drive results and deliver. As compared to retail, the recruitment sector can deliver as much as 2-3 times the commission. We want people who make their own decisions.
Chosen candidates will identify, screen and interview prospective candidates, engage in business development (when required), cultivate market research (when required) and attend industry meet-ups, training sessions, and events. Note: This is an internal role here at The TAL Group.
