In this role, you will work independently to resolve IT issues for our client's On Air production team, supporting newsrooms, studios and control rooms. You will provide technical expertise and support to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely fashion; additionally you will participate in system maintenance, hardware upgrades, and installation and support of business applications.

You will also be required to support Admin-based staff with Desktop support, which includes all departments (eg. Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Brand Partnership, HR etc.). You responsibilities will also include supporting key business staff including executives.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting 3 main buildings in Montreal for Desktop and On-Air support. Must be flexible to move when needed between the 3 buildings in downtown Montreal.
