What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor actively alarm system , build knowledge on alerts generated by the infra structure
- Trigger incident process in case of incident or potential risks of incident.
- Analyze every alarms and oversee plan to address them, track corrective actions/plans for every alarms
- Assess quality and priority of support ticket opened by Tenant
- Implement, support and improve appropriate network and automation solutions to support the Network Cloud requirements.
- Design, test and deliver the network functions with production quality
- Implement solutions to provide end-to-end connectivity for complex service requirements
- Actively participate to implement DevOps concepts.
- Define requirements and specifications with internal groups in an Agile setting (Epics and User Stories)

Data Analysis and visualization:
