- Developing Wireless Access Network Performance metrics across all RAN vendors.
- Identifying proper Performance counters, formulas and KPIs with customer focus.
- Evolving existing Performance Management with "Best Network" objective in mind.
- Be responsible for 5G NSA and SA Performance KPI development with close collaboration with technology, performance and vendor primes
- Maintaining the LTE Performance KPI evolvement for all vendors

- Must be familiar with Network PM Data Set: OSS PM Data, NetScout, Core Data, Crowdsource Data.

- Bachelor degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in wireless communications specializing in access network technology (HSPA/LTE/5G NSA/5G SA)
- Developing, validating and maintaining Wireless Access Network Performance metrics/KPIs
- Experience processing the large data sets with tools like python, Splunk, SQL etc
- Familiarity with 3GPP Release 15/16 specifications and Air Interface
