We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual interested in working as a Project Manager with cross functional project delivery teams on projects related to Solution Delivery for Large retail, Banking and Government clients. In partnership with multiple sponsors and vendors, the candidate will be responsible to deliver a variety of projects related to system solutions for our key clients.

Note: This role follows the hybrid work model, and is being offered to candidates in London, Toronto, and Mississauga, Ontario or Montreal, QC. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

- Develop scope, manage the planning, implementation and deliver of a series of projects to meet client requirements

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma, Project Management Certification (PMP or PMC) and/or BA Certification
-1-3 years project management experience with large program delivery
- Proven ability to manage successful business relationships with peers in various departments & at different levels of management
- Proven facilitation skills
- Proven ability to pull together experts & gather project requirements
- Excellent communication skills both oral & written
- Strong PC & Internet skills including working at the intermediate level in MS Office programs, especially MS Project
- Strong planning & organization skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Good understanding of IT and software development
- Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and constant changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and sense of team spirit

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
- A Masters Certificate in Project Management is highly recommended and such candidates will be given first consideration
- PMP Certification is highly regarded
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Knowledge of Agile & SAFe methodologies an asset
- Ability to work extended hours to meet project deliverables when necessary
