Le candidat retenu devra avoir une passion pour les programmes et pratiques de développement du leadership et de carrière, et posséder une solide capacité d'analyse, des compétences techniques et d'excellentes aptitudes à la gestion de projet. Il devra également posséder de solides aptitudes pour la gestion de projets ainsi que pour la communication et la collaboration afin d'établir des relations à différents échelons de l'organisation.
Le titulaire de ce poste aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Diriger la conception, le déploiement et la livraison de programmes de bout en bout pour la stratégie de développement de carrière et soutenir les programmes de cheminement en leadership de personnes.
- Agir à titre de liaison avec les conseillers, ressources humaines dans le but de soutenir la cascade des programmes de développement de carrière et du leadership à leurs clients.
- Offrir un processus constant pour permettre aux ressources humaines de recenser les causes profondes du besoin en apprentissage et en formation en réalisant une analyse des besoins et en organisant des groupes de discussion auprès des clients afin d'offrir les solutions d'apprentissages demandées, telles quelles ou personnalisées.
- Être à la tête de l'engagement et du partenariat avec les fournisseurs, localiser des sources d'approvisionnement pour les solutions d'apprentissage, et créer et exécuter les contrats des fournisseurs.
- Réaliser des analyses de données, créer des rapports et tableaux de bord, et formuler des recommandations visant l'amélioration du programme.
- Valider le rendement du capital investi et procéder à la vérification des solutions d'apprentissages des fournisseurs pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
- Animer des séances de formation.
Compétences essentielles :
- Baccalauréat en développement organisationnel, en ressources humaines ou en apprentissage des adultes, et au moins trois ans d'expérience dans un groupe opérationnel des RH ou en développement organisationnel axée sur la gestion de talents, de préférence avec une orientation vers le développement de carrière et du leadership.
- Expérience en conception de programmes de formation et en édition de matériel didactique.
- Connaissance de pratiques exemplaires relatives au perfectionnement des aptitudes pour le leadership et le développement des capacités.
- Maîtrise des logiciels Excel et PowerPoint de Microsoft.
- Grand souci du détail et capacité de concevoir des processus et des méthodes permettant de réduire les erreurs.
- Solide esprit critique reconnu et aptitude avérée pour l'analyse.
- Habileté à travailler sous pression, à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter des échéances serrées.
- Solide orientation vers les tendances et les lignes directrices en matière de gestion de talents, ainsi que leur incidence sur l'entreprise.
- Capacité reconnue de gérer des projets et des programmes de façon autonome, y compris les recherches comparatives à l'interne et à l'externe, le réseautage avec des leaders éclairés et la présentation aux clients internes et externes.
- Capacité d'établir de solides relations de confiance et une crédibilité à l'échelle des RH et de l'entreprise.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit), un atout.
