- Utilizes the accepted Project Change Request (PCR) processes and documentation for changes to program scope
- Assists in developing project/program documentation

This role will manage business processes across all functions in support of newly implemented NetSuite ERP, and support future implementation and additional capability in NetSuite or other business systems to support evolving needs of the business.

Work You'll Do
- Manage business processes across all functions in support of newly implemented NetSuite ERP
- Support future implementation and additional capability in NetSuite or other business systems to support evolving needs of the business
- Drive continuous improvement in business process and systems to drive efficiency and standardization
- Support process and system integration of acquisitions
- Support business intelligence and analytics to o inform strategic objectives and decision making
- Provide training to end users during the implementation phase
- Host meetings directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze situation and provide solutions

Skills/Experience You're Bringing
- 5-7 years business process, systems implementation, and / or business intelligence experience (either in a consulting capacity or a dedicated team within a larger company)
- A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline in Business Administration (accounting or finance)
- Ability to work fluently in English & French
- Familiarity with functional processes (e.g., plan to produce, record to report, lead to cash, demand planning, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally with customization and / or implementation
- Experience in all phases of a project: analysis, design, deployment, configuration, system administration, conversion, installation, training, support
