What You'll Be Doing
- Understand, support and drive the vision of the product
- Assess business value, prioritize features and build and present product roadmap (3 years) to the team and to stakeholders
- Break down the high-level features and marketing requirements into more detailed features, epics and user stories
- Be accountable to deliver the yearly plan on time, keeping the working team on the loop and working at a sustainable place
- Create and manage the product backlog, representing the voice of the customer throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive best in class solution and ensure cost efficiency
- Drive the NYP/LRP budget planning and ensure CAPEX/OPEX budgets on target (for HW & SW)
- Connect with stakeholders at the right time and regularly to gather requirements

What You'll Be Doing
- Design and configure ServiceNow Product suites for HRSD, Core, Mobile applications as part of a large cross-functional team.
- Develop UI forms, fields, notifications and workflows
- Create, monitor, modify both simple and advanced workflows aligned to best practices for the betterment of processes and strategies (considering scalability, performance, business policies and employees future needs)
- Create new catalog requests and items with multiple variables
- Create and maintain access control rule (ACL) , groups and roles
- Develop and maintain custom scripts
- Configure and maintain data imports sets and software integrations
- Complete unit and regression testing
- Partner with external development team to develop custom applications &/or integration to a variety of entreprise applications
- Partner with system administrator counterparts to apply ServiceNow patches/releases to instances
- Advise the HR and greater project team on best practices to leverage ServiceNow for business requirements identified
- Assisting in troubleshooting instance and continuously improve configuration to improve employee experience and HR efficiency

Skills & Experience You're Bringing
- ServiceNow configuration experience (preferred) or relevant and transferable enterprise level experience with SaaS
- 3-5 years experience in either a business analysis or technical capacity at an enterprise level
- 3 year experience with agile methodology and software
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work tactically and make data driven decisions
- Ability to monitor progress and quality effectively, remain detail-oriented at the same time understand the big-picture
- A distinctive blend of technology, business and analytical skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication style, able to effectively communicate technical information to non-expert colleagues
- Project Management (PMP, Prince2, and/or PMI-ACP) certification (an asset)
