Our client, one of Canada's leading companies, is hiring a Représentant du service d'assistance technique​​ for a 12-month contract engagement in Montreal, QC! In this role, you will be responsible for providing user support and maintenance for agreed upon IT service levels.

Note: This is mostly remote role, as it requires 2 days per month in office.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identify production issues and respond to support calls from business units.
- Manage production incidents from inception to resolution.
- Continue to monitor applications and systems and escalate issues as required.

Skills & Experience You're Bringing
- Bilingualism (French/English).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Experience supporting client production issues.
- Previous helpdesk experience.
- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree or technical diploma or equivalent.

FRENCH:
Chargé d'offrir du soutien aux utilisateurs conformément aux ententes établies sur la qualité du service TI. Cerne les problèmes de production, répond aux appels de soutien des unités d'affaires et gère les incidents, de leur apparition à leur résolution. Continue de surveiller les applications et les systèmes et a recours au processus d'escalade pour signaler les problèmes, au besoin. Qualifications : expérience en soutien relatif aux problèmes de production des clients; solides compétences en service à la clientèle et en communication, et diplôme universitaire de premier cycle, diplôme technique ou l'équivalent.
