Our client, one of Canada's leading companies, is hiring a Senior Technical Product Lead for a 12-month contract engagement in Don Mills, ON! This role will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet specific business needs.

Note: Bilingualism (English/French) is not required, but will be an asset.

What You'll Be Doing
- Design and implement solutions tailored to address specific business needs.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend and document their requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee the entire development process to guarantee proper implementation.
- Lead and coordinate design, development, testing, and deployment activities in collaboration with multiple vendors.
- Review and validate vendor assessments to ensure compliance with standards.
- Oversee and assist vendors and project teams in all test phases, including system and functional testing.

Experience & Skills You're Bringing
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software / Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Recent experience working as a Technical Manager, Team Lead, or a Senior Solution Architect in a large enterprise IT organization.
- Background in software development, building large-scale production systems.
- Previous experience working with Java/JEE Application servers, Spring, Spring Boot and/or Quarkus.
- Familiarity with OpenShift/ Kubernetes, Docker, and with Cloud computing.
- Understanding of software architecture patterns and practices.
- General understanding of network concepts, hardware / hosting platforms and virtualization.
- Familiarity with IT standards and frameworks (ITIL, ETOM, Zachman, TOGAF etc.)
- Familiarity with OMF, CPQ, MDM, CSIDE, AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms is an asset.
- Proficiency in relevant software (such as Java, Spring Boot, Redis, Dynatrace Managed, etc.).
