Our client, one of Canada's leading companies, is hiring a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator ​on a 6-month contract engagement in Mississauga, ON! This role will be reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain (Direct Consumer Fulfillment); this position is an essential part of the department.
Note: This role will follow the hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week), and bilingualism (English/French) is required.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handle escalations and exceptions
- Fulfill customer orders/returns (manually at times) and correct any errors
- Validate confidential information
- Process credits/debits where applicable
- Identify fraudulent activities
- Provide customer service and support to the end users

Skills & Experience You're Bringing
- You are fully bilingual (English & French), and a strong team player
- You are able to multitask, and have a customer service background
