Our client, a leader in global technology and digital transformation, is hiring a remote Lead Tech Delivery, Guidewire on a six-month contract engagement! This role will involve upgrading Guidewire v8 to Guidewire v10 for our client's Claims Center. You will lead an agile team of consultants on specific portions of the overall ClaimCenter upgrade working towards its successful delivery.

What You're Doing
- Partner with client teams and stakeholders to understand objectives, timelines, integration & data migration requirements
- Provide estimates, solution design, roadmap recommendations
- Lead a team of Capco consultants to successfully deliver the ClaimCenter upgrade on time
- Ensures that project's upgrade requirements are implemented and completed on time
- Adapt to the client Agile practice: sprint grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demo, sprint retrospective …
- Ensure the overall quality of the deliverables strictly following Guidewire coding standards, performing peer code reviews, product performance etc.
- Provide directions and architecting recommendations for increasing velocity and code quality
- Report progress to business and stakeholders
- Possibly deliver technical training/education to other teams

Experience/Skills You're Bringing
- Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification
- Direct experience on a Guidewire Upgrade project (preferable to V10, on-premise), including scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, data migration, development and testing.
- Ability to access, architect and design Claim Center integrations
- Ability to demonstrate advanced technical skills such as Object Oriented design, development and test with proven patterns knowledge
- Ability to communicate and document recommendations and changes
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability with GOSU programming
- Relevant consulting experience
