Web Analytics Specialist

Full-Time Position - Toronto

Hiring a full-time Web Analytics Specialist in Toronto, ON! This role will own the digital data capture road-map for the continued roll out and integration of marketing tools across the business, primarily from the Adobe product suite (Adobe Analytics, Target, Experience Manager).

This role is responsible for defining the guidelines for digital data capture across the business and ensuring that key customer engagements are measured and recorded to our digital data warehouse.

What You'll Be Doing
● Create a digital capture roadmap derived from the overarching business objectives
● Define data capture workflows and align them with the customer experience checkpoints
● Help support and develop strategy for A/B testing and Site Personalization
● Lead the development and implementation of A/B testing and Site Personalization
● Develop code to capture key interactions between the customer and our digital platforms and ensure that this information is available for business consumption
● Improve marketing automation through the integration of tools and amalgamation of data
● Work with agencies and partners to rollout new creative tagging guidelines
● Identify the convergence web data and offline data to help us visualize the shopping experience
● Identify competitor trends and shifts in technology
● Collaborate with internal clients to expand customer insight and performance measurement

What You're Bringing
● Bachelor's degree computer science, mathematics, website development or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
● Solid understanding of online marketing and web analytics
● At least 3+ years of digital analytics implementation and data capture experience; preferably with Adobe Marketing Suite,
● Minimum 2 years of experience implementing and using the Adobe Cloud Platform – particularly Adobe Analytics, Ad Hoc, Target, Experience Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager
● Intermediate/advanced JavaScript and html capabilities; experience with coding with Adobe plugins preferred
● experience with Adobe Target
● Understands Digital Marketing KPIs, primarily Customer Experience Measures
● Understands how to gather business requirements and customize solutions to meet requirements
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others
● Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; self-starter
