Process;
Discovery Stage

Search Stage
Based on what we learn through the Discovery Stage, Our Associates
will vigorously search for and suggest to you several opportunities
with Clients where you would be most well suited. When a potential
opportunity is presented to you and you like the assessment of it,
we'll submit your resume to the client. If you don't feel the position
would be right for you, we will continue to search until we find something
that corresponds with your talents and desires.
The Interview Stage
Once an initial meeting with our Client is confirmed, we will make
arrangements to "prep" you. We will make suggestions on
how you can make yourself as presentable as possible by providing
as much information as possible about the Opportunity itself and about
the Client.
The Negotiation Stage
Once it has been confirmed that the Client would like to extend a
formal offer, our job transforms from the role of a Collaborator to
that of an Agent. The TAL Group negotiates on your behalf in order
to win you a fair and generous salary or rate.
