Search Stage
Based on what is learned through the Discovery Stage, the associates at TAL will rigorously search for opportunities with clients where you would be most well suited. When a potential opportunity is presented to you and you like the assessment of it, we'll submit your resume to the client. If you don't feel the position would be right for you, we will continue to search until we find something that corresponds with your talents and desires.

The Negotiation Stage
Once it has been confirmed that the client would like to extend a formal offer, our job transforms from the role of a collaborator to that of an agent. The TAL group negotiates on your behalf in order to win you a fair and generous package.
